I am curios if second chance offers will/are available? Are they automated or manual? Can vendio handle inventory reductions if launched via ebay side?
Also what is the status on adding authorize.net? I am assuming this one is a ways off and I would have to process CC offline.
Adding authorize.net would save time and allow for faster thruput as well. (especialy considering I refuse to spend the horible rates that verisign charges.
I noticed that the new shipping method allows for a markup to be added to each inventory item rather than globaly. Is this correct?
I would like to use this for packaging costs (small widgets = small box $1, big widgets = big box $2, etc)
Will this work and how will it show up in the checkout? One shipping total or shipping and a line item for markup?
When will USPS international calculated shipping be available? I assume it will be rolled into the offline software aprox a month or so after it is up and running?
How often does the froogle feed get updated?
Is it weekly/monthly/ etc? Can the data be pushed thru (such as when I do a major update) or is it dependant on vendio's schedule?
I have not used auctionwatch/vendio for a very long time and with the new shipping options I am interested in coming back. (of course this is when the new shipping options are fully implemented).
Second Chance offers are not yet available but they should be soon. If you launch on eBay then you will need to manually update your Vendio inventory. If you import those items they won't be connected to the inventory item they originally came from.
I am not sure what the status is on other CC processors. We are evaluating adding some however I don't have an ETA on this.
You can now add markups to items individually. It will show up as combined with the shipping so the buyer never sees that there is a markup.
USPS international calculated shipping should be available soon. Features usually get released in Pro with the next upgrade -- there is no set time frame for this.
We send a daily feed to Froogle. Unfortunately we can't push data through. I'm not sure how often Froogle updates with data sent to their servers.
