Hello,
I have had 5 customers in the last 12 hours that are unable to checkout.The checkout link in our email and When they go into my auction and click the checkout button and enter their email they are getting the following message~~~

• This item appears still open for bidding in our database
You will be able to complete Checkout if you are the winning bidder when the item is closed.~~~~
The AUCTION IS DEFINATELY CLOSED!! Whats going on??? I don't have time to hand email invoices to customers!!

the last 2 customers that emailed were item #
5404268041 and 3983290059 ~~Please let me know what the problem is ASAP

Hello,
it has been several days and I realize you were looking into this issue but I really need to know what the problem is with checkout. Now on top of the other problem, I have customers with multiple purchases that are unable to combine them (for combined shipping) Now I have to hand send them paypal invoices as well??????

Hi Lisae,

The issue is being looked into at the moment -- I unfortunately have no updates at this time.

Regarding the issue with multiple purchases -- what is happening here, and can you provide some examples we can take a look at?

Hi there,

We've checked our logs and we show that the examples you've provided are items that were deleted from Sales Manager while active. If an item is deleted from our system when active, checkout will not work. You would need to track these items back into the account (use the "Track" tool in Sales Manager) in order to use checkout with them.
