Trying to list an item in Entertainment Memorabilia, but no sub categories are being listed in the drop down window after I have made the choice for the main category. Tried several times on the create an auction page for Ebay. Simply not working, henceforth, I can't list this item until the item specific categories, which are numerous, are shown and listed on auction creation page. Please check into it
It looks like you're using AOL. If you are talking about using Sales Manager online and not SM Pro, you may need to force a page reload (by pressing the shift button on your keyboard and clicking on the Refresh icon in the AOL browser *or* pressing the ctrl and F5 buttons on your keyboard simultaneously. ) If this doesn't help, you may also be able to work around the issue by entering the category number instead of using the menu selector.
If you are having trouble in SM Pro, please try synching and then closing and restarting the application.
