Hi,
I have an international customer who is trying to checkout, but the shipping options are not there. I went and edited the checkout to make sure everything was checked off properly in the shipping options area and resent the WBN, but they still are not there when the customer try's to complete checkout. Please help, thanks!
When you manually edited the shipping section, check the box below your list that says 'offer international shipping' and move your options down here.
Next, check to see what your global preferneces are set for shipping via the My Account page under the Global Preferences link found within.
Check to make sure the new international option is *not* checked here, so your international buyers can use your regular custom options that you had setup in Pro.
