Hello,
I am trying to select optional insurance in all my listings. I beleive I have selected the proper boxes to use USPS rates when it is calculated by weight. In my preview ads, the shipping calculates, but there is no mention of insurance. I am unable to see what the customer will see in the Vendio checkout, is it there? I want mt customers to be able to see the entire price for shipping & know that they can add insurance. Some items I want to require insurance. I need to know how to make this happen.

I know this may seem overly anxious of me, but I have been messing with this thing all weekend. Now I feel like my question is too stupid for anyone to bother with. In case I haven't already shown it, I am (trying to be) a new user of this service.

Hi Kimberley,
The insurance option will show during checkout. If you want customers to see that you offer it, you will need to insert some text in your listings letting them know it will be offered.
