I'm not sure why this keeps popping up, but it is preventing my listings from going up. Can anyone help with this??
Here is the error message:
Error 10019: You specified inconsistent Shipping parameters.

Hello angielee,
Open the SMPro software, then go to 'edit+profile manager' and edit your default profile.
You don't have to make any actual changes, just click to edit the profile, then click to save the change.
This will correct this on a going forward basis.
Any items that came back in error to your online pending section, click on them to edit, then resubmit as needed. Note you will need to edit these prior to resubmit, even if you don't make any changes.
