WHAT in the world is going on....I am completely irritated!!!!!
I just received the most ignorant NEUT. feedback from a customer, that apparently is too FAT to fit in the size item they purchased and decided to take it out on me!!!
Can I leave the world my feelings about how stupid this customer is??? NO!!!! WHY???? well because of course once again, Vendio isn't WORKING CDORRECTLY!!!!!
Now this idiot has wonderful POS feedback from me.
I wanted to in return leave a neutral stating it is not the sellers fault if an item does not fit correctly and there is NO reason for a NEUT. especially since we allow returns (of course he never asked)
When I signed on for automatic feedback - this is what is stated " Automatic feedback saves you time by sending the positive feedback automatically for your listings.The feedback for each item will be sent automatically according to the item's settings and only if either no feedback or positive feedback was received for it. The feedback will not be sent automatically for an item if negative or neutral feedback was received for it.
THIS WAS A NEUTRAL FOLKS!!!!! WHY!!!! was it responded by with a nice POS!!!!!
I would appreciate a response, the last 2 issues that I wrote in about, we replied to as you were looking into the matter, then you never bothered to ACTUALLY reply or give any kind of answers!@!!
Thanks for your post. Unfortunately, that person bought two items from you. For one of the items she left positive feedback. Unfortunately, the vendio system works that if a person buys multiple items from you, and on one of those items they leave positive feedback, all of the items will be left positive feedback. At this time, that is a vendio limitation. We are looking into changing it, to a per item basis, but at this time that is not available.

Well GEE, don't you think that little issue should have been addressed in what you have advertised....THATS NOT WHAT I SIGNED ON FOR!!!! GLITCHES ARE NOT WHAT I PAY FOR!!! THAT INFORMATION SHOULD HAVE BEEN DISCLOSED!!!! Thats just a system that DON"T WORK!!
