We are trying to launch auctions on to Ebay and receive the following error. These auction formats have not changed since we use them over and over. Here is the error we receive?
Error 5000: Missing Required Value. (2848:39)
The required Item Specific "Make" is not provided. Please correct this to continue listing.
Error 5102: Missing Required Date Value. (2848:38)
No date value given for "Year".
Note: this error may be related to the Item Specifics content you entered. Please review content in 'other' fields in the Item Specifics section for validity and number of characters.

We started receiving these errors on 8/26. On 8/25 was the last successful auction launch so something changed on Ebay or Vendio. Please help. Right now, we can't launch auctions!

Still no help from Vendio staff.. Are you reading this forum. Please respond if nothing else tell me to take my business elsewhere. Now at 48 hours waiting for an answer. No Support Still!!!
eBay has added site specifics to certain categories, and we are in the process of updating our system to reflect the new site specifics. Until we are able to implement this, you may still launch motor vehicles with item specifics by choosing the Parts & Accessories "Other" category when you create your listing. Once the item is listed, you can revise it on eBay and select the proper category with the item specifics.
I do apologize for any inconvenience, and hopefully this workaround will be adequate.
Regarding response time -- the quickest way to receive help is if you send us an email in addition to posting a message. Email response is 24 hours or less.

When is this going to be fixed? Its been over 30 days. I can launch into the category you suggest but can not get it in the right category which is belongs. I am losing 1000's of dollars in revenue a day. Please fix it.
