Every time I synch online, I get a message informing me that eBay categories have been updated and that I need to restart Sales Manager Pro. SO I restart, re-synch, and, voila, the same message returns. Some programmer is NOT resetting a switch / registry entry / data bit after a correct re-synch. Will you please fix this annoying bug? It has been going on for quite some time happens on two different PC's at my home. I am running Windows XP Pro w/ SP2 on both of them. I admit that I have not checked the community messages in quite a while so I do apologize if I am beating a dead horse here....

Hello Bob,
Dont worry about not checking the message center, as this is actually the first weve ever heard of such an error. Even more strange is that your somehow able to replicate the error on another machine.
If you havent already done so, try also restarting the machine.
If this persists (where you get this message literally every time you synch) -click on help in the upper right corner, then go to 'about sales manager pro' so we can find out what version of the program your currently running.

Hello Bob,
It might be that your Vendio Store categories are inadvertently downloaded on every synchronization (though they have not changed).
To fix this, please go to the online Store Manager, click on Edit Categories, change something in a category name and click Done. If you do not want to keep the updated name, please change it back afterward and click Done again.
Once finished, SM Pro will download the categories once more, during the next synchronization; then, the pop-up should not appear again.
