We have had quite a few problems since ebay has the new feature of showing shipping in the listings.
Most of our auctions just say "see items description" which is fine but we are having weird problems

EXAMPLE:

We currently have a New NFL Packers embroidered fleece sweatshirt in M (ebay item # 8714305658)and in XL(8714305729).....on our Sales manager Pro batch (both were uploaded on the same batch)- we have a fixed shipping rate via UPS of $8.00, calculated shipping via USPS, Canada flat rate of $21.00 and International flat rate of $34.00.....
WELL on ebay's list view it was showing as $7.00 shipping on the M (how is that even possible??) and the XL was showing "NOT SPECIFIED"....to make matters even more weird as the day has gone on we viewed the auctions again and now the M is showing the correct shipping of $8.00(previously showed $7) and the XL that once showed "not specified" now shows $7.00 ......update we refreshed once again and now the XL is back to showing "not specified".....whats the problem???? Where would the amount of $7.00 even come from and why would it say not specified?????

We have this same problem with other auctions also... another is- New NFL N Y Giants embroidered fleece sheatshirt L (8716456794)it is showing $7.00 standard flate rate shipping service on the auction...yet our batch we wrote is the same shipping terms as above -fixed shipping rate via UPS of $8.00, calculated shipping via USPS, Canada flat rate of $21.00 and International flat rate of $34.00....our terms make no mention of a flate rate service of $7.00 anywhere.

We had these sweatshirts last year and used the same written batch, Last year our rate was $7.00 and we did have it written as a standard shipper flate of $7.00 but changed our shipping details this year as we have not listed in that manner for the past 6 months, its my thinking that somehow Vendio did not internally change this information when we made the change in our old batch.


It has happened on - many of our other auctions please see our ebay list...we need help ASAP as we have tons of this Football stuff to get rid of and have no idea how our checkout will be affected by this glitch and how it will pieve off people if the shipping after auction end is higher than shown on the listing view pages

I really could use an answer on how to handle this before all my auctions are bid on with the wrong shipping information (WHICH IS NOT THE INFORMATION I HAD ON MY BATCHES)
This is obviously a Vendio internal issue as ebay didn't just pick $7.00 flat rate shipping as a price to list on my auctions all by themselves!

This was a price I used last Christmas for shipping as stated earlier I used the same batches for this football merchandise as I used last year as it is the same items...and as UPS increased their prices and added a fuel surcharge I upped my shipping cost to $8.00 UPS (I no longer use the standard shipper listing either) I specifically list UPS flate rate $8.00.....where is this $7.00 being pulled from???????

I can't keep trying to create new listings if the WRONG info is going to show up even if I change it.

I am trying to make a living here....if I can't list....I can't pay the bills.....

Could someone kindly answer me???

Now I am also noticing my terms on ebay are wrong, I offer 50% off the shipping of each additional item (NOT $5.00 thats old!!), 50% off is what is stored in MY PREFERENCES!!!!

....THIS is automatically inserted into my auctions- ONLY on auctions I used last year....nothing we recently wrote is affected
EXAMPLE (which I cut and pasted from Ebay):

Shipping, payment details and return policy

Shipping Cost Services Available Available to
US $7.00 Standard Flat Rate Shipping Service United States Only
Will ship to Worldwide.
Shipping Discount Promo Save up to $5.00 shipping for each additional item from this seller's other listings!

Hello,

Sorry for the delay. It looks like you have a callback scheduled with us today so we can go over more of it then.

From the sounds of it, you had changed your default preferences to reflect your new prices, which would be why your new listings are correct and your older listings are showing the old costs.

Changing your default preferences only applies as a default to your newly created items. Your preferences do not override the specific settings that were saved on your existing data/batches. Existing batches or inventory would have needed to be edited manually prior to upload to reflect your new prices.

Hi,
Yes...we finally broke down and PAID for a Callback from your company to help us correct this issue, since no one here bothered to answer us since yesterday.....

BY THE WAY......THE CALLBACK TIME THAT WAS PROMISED....THAT I HAVE NOW PAID FOR.....IS LATE!!!!!!!!! STILL NO CALL FROM VENDIO, I was promised a callback time between 9-10 your time it is now ten after 10....so now not only is this issue costing us in not being able to relist, we PAID for help that has still not come!!!

We have been on Vendio for 6 or 7 years...so we are not really stupid enough to email you with this problem if we had not changed the shipping amounts manually on the batch prior to uploading them????


on all of our saved batches that we just listed that are comming up incorrectly-Under the "Basic Information" tab
we have all 4 shipping boxes checked off...
boX 1 is UPS ground flat rate of $8.00....box 2 is Priority calculated....box 3 is CANADA $21.00 and box 4 is INTERNATIONAL $34...as previously stated.....

THIS IS WHATS IN OUR PREFERENCES AND WHAT WAS CHANGED TO/ENTERED AND SAVED ON OUR NEW BATCHES....and it was in fact saved and still showing in our batches.... as we speak I am viewing the problem items and batches and we uploaded them on our end CORRECTLY

We called AT the specified time, there was only a machine that we could leave a mesage on, which we did.

I also tried again just to be sure, but again it said you were on the line and to leave a message.

Check your message and the time it was left, you'll see.

Ill try you again now as well.
