How do I change the shipping options to a drop box. All I get is a message that says 'Shipping options are obsolete.' I want to add where buyer is responsible for shipping? Thanks in advance for any help.

Hello Tony,
The shipping options are set on the primary tab in the current version of Pro. When you are on the eBay specifics tab, click the 'payment instructions and details' button near the bottom center of the window to make any needed changes from here as well.
Also note that the new version of the Pro software due out later today or tomorrow most likely will have more eBay checkout and international shipping support available.
