Hello,
I have your shipping calculator in most of my auctions, and it is not working correctly. When you enter a zip code & click, it comes up with the wrong amount. Click again, and it comes up with a different amount. I've tried this on all of them, and I am coming up with 3 different amounts on some auctions. Needless to say, I have some unhappy customers who insist I am "jacking" up their shipping price.
I also tried to launch several auctions last night with a fixed shipping amount under the ebay shipping section, and they all failed. I had to re-launch using a fixed price under your shipping options to get it to work. What is going on with these???

Hi Donna,
I checked your account and did not see any failed items. Did you get the issue resolved?
Regarding the shipping calculator, can you give us an item number to investigate? Please keep in mind if you are using shipping markups, the markups will be added onto the Vendio calculated shipping totals.
