Hello,

I have a bunch of fixed price ebay store items stuck in closing. All from same buyer.
Could you please take a look for me.

Still have three items stuck in closing from this afternoon. These are all one buyer and I need to combine.

Please advise on what the problem is.

OK, now my items are duplicating. One is stuck in closing and the other has closed.

Plus more stuck in closing.

HELP! I have customers buying multiple items and I can't complete the sales with my items stuck.

Still no response.....?

Hello,

We have passed this along to the engineering team to check into for us. From the looks of it were getting throw under the bus for eBay's API call times yet again, but hopefully the engineering team can help to manually speed this process up.




As of right now it should be caught up.
