Under the Shipping Information tab in Sales Manager Pro., version 7.0.1, I am selecting a blank carrier, inputing "Shipping & Handling" and a rate of $5.95, or whatever the rate is, and when I upload my batches, the majority of items are not showing the Shipping Information.
I have received numerous emails questioning the shipping charge on our 300+ items daily, and I have no idea how many bids we've lost because the shipping information wasn't listed in the description. I have emailed the help department twice and the only response that I have received is that they will respond to me in 24 hours. Well, that was last Tuesday, and so I re-emailed them today, but no answer.
This is very frustrating, as I personally would not bid on an item without the shipping listed. Can someone please help?
