I just re-read my last post and it wasn't very clear. Here is my problem again:
Everytime I launch Sales manager I get the 'Run-Time Error 429 ActiveX component can't create object' message.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled Sales Manager 7.0 several times. This has not solved my problem.
I beleive this problem has to do with me recently creating a new Administrator Windows User account on my operating system and deleting my original Administrator User Account.
I've tried all types of Registry fixes and cleaners with no luck.
When uninstalling, have you chosen to delete all Shared files too? It might be that files that were added using the previous administrator account cannot be used by the new administrator account.
If this might be the cause, please try to uninstall all shared files. If there is no prompt about shared files when uninstalling, you can try to run the uninstaller repeatedly, until shared files get deleted too. To run the uninstaller manually, please click Start > Run and enter this command, while replacing "Program Files\Vendio" with the actual location of the SM Pro installation on your hard disk:
