ok....got pics uploaded...somehow Preferences changed us to a proxy server/service, unchecked that box...pics uploaded.

Now a new problem with "Categories" warning ... have posted to the other thread "Update ???" where another user was having this problem, tried the "workaround/fix" Radu posted...couldn't finish the process.

Please see/post to the "Update" thread with possible solution.

Hi there,

Since you've unchecked the Proxy setting in Pro, try this:

- Delete the Sites.map file from the data folder of the SM Pro installation directory.
- Restart SM Pro and synch.

Please let us know if you continue to have trouble after doing this.

Best regards,

Diana

Hello Gail,

Try opening a second new batch window, then drag/drop the offending item into the new batch and try uploading the rest of the items by themselves.

Be sure to check the website first to verify none of the items have already made it in a previous attempt.

If the rest upload without error, try simply uploading this single item in the batch by itself. If it fails, go back in to edit the item and do a preview. Just doublecheck that all fields are filled out properly and that you can get a preview without error.

Regards,
Christopher

Hi Christopher - thanks for the help. Thought I'd let you know, though, that the batch uploaded fine about a half hour latter. Gail
