This auction from my eBay store 6997097263 still shows active in Sales Manager, and doesn't appear in PSM. How can I get it to properly close so I can work with post sale issues?

FINALLY...it's now in Post Sale, but still stuck in closing. How come so slow?

Hello,

There did turn out to be some problems with the eBay API last night, but they were fairly quick in repairing it and everything should be closing properly again.
