I have several Store items that doesn't appear in postsale. I already went to track & import, clicked on track and import it, but it doesn't appear in postsale. Any help?

Hello,

Sure, what are the effected item numbers?

Try doing a search in your list of closed items, then select the items and click to refresh. If they are in closed and just missing the PSM keys, this should force the keys to appear.
