When I try to preview a listing all I get is a blank screen. No template, no verbage and no pic.
No error messages.
Just a blank screen when I try to preview. The test is there and the picture is there. You can see them when you are creating the listing, but not when you try to preview.
First try switching the template your using to see if that helps.

- Next, go to your Windows Control Panel, open the Folder Options menu and verify that the files of type HTM and HTML are still assigned to Internet Explorer.
(if still no preview)
- Have you recently added or edited any of your custom listing text online? If so, check any HTML you may have used within for errors. It is possible to store incorrect HTML code in this section and have it effect your preview option in the SMPro software.
