I have been tring to change my location from the town I live in now to the state I live in.What am I doing wrong? I have taken the town out and put in the state but when it lists it still shows the previous town there and not the state.

Check your site specific setting's. Click on the My Account on the top right of this page. On your account page on the top right side is the section "Auction Site Preferences, Site Specifics", under this section click on "ebay". In your ebay specifics page about 3/4 of the way down the page is a section titled "Ship-From Location". This is where you set your displayed location. If it's not correct here this is probably why you are having a problem. Change it and don't forget to click "Save".

I forgot to add. When you get done changing these setting's online don't forget to synch your SMPro. Hopefully this will fix your problem.
