after dissapearing all images during the busiest time of the selling week Vendio refuses to answer emails asking why my gallery images are still missing 2 days later
anyone know how to get gallery back or how to get Vendio to answer questions?
we may have signed a user agreement signing away our rights but does Vendio really want to abuse its paying customers?
we deserve answers, fixes and refunds of all fees from sunday nghts failures

thats good news for you but my case is quite different
first my images never got launched even after the problem was supposed to be fixed Sunday night and I had to relaunch all the images on monday after a full day of no pictures with my auctions
and the gallery images are still not showing
more inmportantly Vendio has not bothered to respond to any of my emails let alone fixing the actual problem

Hello,
Your referring to the eBay gallery images, correct?
Unfortunately if the image hosting was offline when the items were submitted and you have since received the notices from eBay stating that the image was unavailable and to correct it - even though all of those images are available now, you will need to edit the listing at eBay to correct the selected gallery photo.
The quickest way to do this is to pull up one of the (it looks like around 23 or so) listings, right click on the image you had wanted to be in the eBay gallery and get the properties.
The properties window will tell you the URL of the image. Copy the URL, then click the 'revise your item' link on the listing itself.
Edit the picture details and paste the URL for the gallery image into the gallery image field.
Try editing one of the listings first, and check the gallery field. If eBay still lists the originally submitted URL for the gallery, simply click to submit the revision (even though technically you never made any changes) and this will force eBay to try and gather the eBay gallery image again.
Note that they will have about a 30 minute delay in adding the new image into their gallery section, but you should be able to see it in the ad itself (they mirror the gallery image at the bottom of the page.)

Hello,
Unfortunately we do not have access to your personal eBay account, nor are we legally able to log into a users eBay account on their behalf to make changes.
We do understand your frustration with the situation, however once submitted this is the only means for correcting the eBay gallery image.
