I have two listings stuck in closing with one of them being duplicated.

I also have a customer asking for a combined invoice which I cannot not give her because her items are stuck in closing.

She will now receive my auto WBN for just one and I am sure email me again to tell me I didn't include her other two items.

This seems to be a continuing problem. Any estimate on when this will be fixed?

Hello,

Is this particular item still showing as 'closing' or has it since moved into post sale and now more recently closed listings are stuck in closing status?

If the original item is still stuck in this status, please let us know the effected item numbers.

I've had other sales since then go through fine, but these are still stuck.
