I down loaded SalesManager Pro but when in the pocess on installing it, it ties to log me into the system with the working password to use vendio.com, it says non valid.

this IS my working password! it doesn't work with Sales Manger Pro

any advice??

Hello,

Be sure you are entering your username correctly as well (note that this is not your email address for Vendio, just the username you use like on the website.)
