Why has the item specific button in batch uploader been disabled?

Please let us know on what eBay category number the button has been disabled.

In Sales Manager Pro...New Batch listing...
Ebay Site Information....The Item Specifics button has been disabled.. WHY?

Hello,

The 'item specifics' tab is only gray/unavailable when you haven't yet selected the category - or if you have already selected the category, then that category doesn't have any item specifics associated with it.
