I now have 7 items in pending that return the error of:
Error 17521: All locations are dropped.
All locations provided for shipping service "50005" are not allowable for this site.

I have looked at each auction and can't see what is wrong. Please help.

Hello Paula,

You have listed in your shipping carriers that you will ship to international locations.

Just above this section is a list of the 'ship to' locations, and currently yours doesn't have anything other than the default enabled.

If you check 'worldwide' or any of the other ship to locations you will no longer run into this error message.
