This above item was in pending with the error you mention, I clicked on it to edit, scrolled to the bottom to do an eBay preview and didnt get an error so I used the 'launch now' button to see this error as it happened.
Well, the item launched.
Do you want to try simply clicking on the title of the other item your having this trouble with, doing an eBay preview and listing to see if it goes through now?

Thank you for clearing things up a bit. However, because of these errors, SMP launched double auctions. I don't know how as there was only 1 item in each of these items in inventory. To look at them, please go to my unsold items section. ---well, sorry, they are not there but I can forward the 18 auction ended items emails that eBay sent to me regarding the items that smp launched in error because of the errors that occurred.
1. How can I get a refund for these launches from Vendio? This was a programing error, not mine.
Additionally, I just imported a batch into smp. Please be aware that I have been doing this for several years. None of my preferences loaded. I synchronized BEFORE I imported. I now have to enter, zip code, shipping mark-up, shipping preferences, and insurance information manually.
2. Why?
I checked my preferences on line and they are set correctly. I did notice that the field that use to be First Carrier and My file had USPS Priority (calculated) no longer imports.
3. Please let me know how to fix this so I don't need to enter every thing manually.
It use to be that the on line preferences synchronized with smp.
4. why does this no longer happen?
5.What is the point of using preferences if they don't connect with inventory?
The preferences don't even update old listings in inventory when an item is re-launched or items in unsold.
6. Where exactly do the on-line preferences up-date?
7. Maybe only if a listing is created on line?
I think this is a problem. If I am doing something wrong, please let me know.

Unfortunately, regardless of how many items you have indicated that you have in your SMPro inventory, every time you upload that batch - those items are submitted to eBay.
If you did not upload the batch more than once and it seems as though each item launched twice (where they were all submitted at the exact same time, down to the second, and where one item imported into Vendio and the other did not) somehow by an error in the Vendio system, go ahead and use the refund request form to contact the billing department about a refund.

As for all of your mentioned preference issues during the import process, what has changed since the last time you did it?
Is the file your using to import into the program different, or have you upgraded/downgraded the software since the last import?
The preferences are defaults for creating an item from scratch. If you click to create an item from scratch it should prefill your listing fields with your default settings.
If however your importing data, then the listing will use the imported data instead of your default settings for creating new auctions.
If you have been importing a CSV file into the import batch tool in Pro and just recently upgraded to the version 7 of the software, note that the formatting for the shipping carriers has changed since the 7.0 program supports all of the most recent carriers (as well as the eBay shipping options.)
Shipping carrier names are difficult to enter since they must be identical to the 'known' options now. This means if you have a space in the wrong spot it wont be able to map it properly.
You can get a list of the supported carrier names using the following scenario:
- open SMPro
- click to create a new batch item
- click Shipping tab, US carriers subtab
- click to open the dropdown
- hit Ctrl-Shift-X (now the carriers list in present in your clipboard)
- open Notepad (or whatever test editor, excell file, etc.), then paste the list.

I see when I re-read my initial question that I left some things out.
1. The items I attempted to launch were:
A. Re-listing of auctions recently closed-never could get them to re-launch or so I thought until today. What changed: I changed the duration to 30 days and checked shipping options to be sure it was correct.
a. The items had initially been changed in inventory.
b. In inventory the shipping choices were correct. The software dropped my preferences after they were launched and ended.
c. I received error 83 on over 50 items.
d. I went into my inventory to see what was wrong and all shipping preferences were correct and the duration for my store was 30 Days.
e. I then edited each re-list item because some shipping preferences had been dropped on some. All the durations had defaulted to 30 days even though error 83 said they were wrong.
f. I then attempted to re-launch again.
g. A few launched but most had the same errors. I repeated steps d-f three more times unsuccessfully. I finally gave up and deleted the items and tried to re-launch from my inventory.
h. I received more errors and finely posted the first question here.
i. AT NO TIME WAS ANYTHING IMPORTED VIA BATCHS. THESE WERE ALL FROM EXISTING INVENTORY ITEMS.

A. The only changes were up-grading to the new SMP v7 build 1369 and 2 synchronization
2. I do import csv files. I upgraded by installing the complete program due to upgrade difficulties but I did this all immediately as soon as the v7 upgrade was available.
A. I updated my preferences on line after installing v7 and then synchronization .
a. Because I frequently do change auctions on line, I have synchronization several times since the v7 release but I had NOT used SMP locally to upload new inventory until now.

This response confuses me. I am not understanding what you are saying.
3-A. I use to import my shipping preferences by creating a field in my tab delimited csv file and associating it with a field in the import tool.
a. The import tool no longer has the same fields and I am confused as to where and what verbiage I should use to import USPS First Class (calculated) or USPS Priority (calculated) or USPS Global Priority (calculated) or USPS Global Express (calculated). i.e. Do I use shipping carrier 1?
b. If yes, what goes into the other shipping carrier 1 fields?

Next, the group of items that are coming back with this error message about having the duration set to 90 days - where are these items right now?
In SMPro inventory?
If so, simply transfer them into a batch like you would usually and click to edit a few of them from within the batch to verify they are now set to 30 day listings and not 90 day listings.
Upload the batch, then save the batch.
If the items fail saying they are 90 and that 90 day listings are unavailable, email me a copy of the batch that you just used to list these items from at [email protected].

11 days now and still no solution!
Christphor said he attached a file and it didn't come through. I requested it be sent again and sent the following response to his email but have received no response.
Do we no longer receive tech support in a timely manner?

I need to know how to map the new fields in smp. Which ship field receives the "USPS Priority Mail (calculated)" value? Is it ship.option 1; ship.carrier 1; or ship.amount 1?
Is there a space between ship. carrier or no space. Is there a space after carrier before 1?
What should be mapped to Offer International Shipping? True or False? 0 or 1... what?
Please respond.

Right click here and use the Save As option to download the sample file.
This is the original sample file that the engineering team had created for you once in the past to help aid in formatting your batches properly.
Im sorry to hear you were unable to receive this file via email properly. I checked for the email addresses that you were using to send back and forth with us, but was unable to locate them. Perhaps you have recently changed your default email address, or were simply writing in from an address outside of those you use for Vendio/eBay.
