I just checked my closed listings and noticed that the WBN did not go out at auctions end, and any paypal payments received have not been noted either? If it just not working on my manager? Either way how do I fix it? thanks in advance.

In order to have your WBN sent automatically, please go to "My Account" --> "Post Sale Management Preferences". Then select "Automatically send a Winning Bidder Notification (WBN) when a listing closes with a valid winner" and click "Save".
In most cases, Paypal payments will be recorded automatically. There are a few scenarios, however, in which payments might not be recorded in post-sale. These are outlined below:
1. Your buyer has made the payment directly at Paypal (not through eBay/Paypal or Vendio Checkout) and has not filled in the auction information when making their payment. If your buyer does not fill in the auction information, the payment may not be processed in post-sale.
2. Your buyer is using an email address other than the address registered to their eBay ID, and is purchasing a Dutch, eBay Store, or Fixed Price item. At times, payments will not be automatically recorded under these conditions.
To ensure that Paypal payments are recorded properly, you should make sure that you've signed up for Paypal IPN. For more information on IPN, please refer to this link:

Thanks for the Paypal info-makes sense.
In regard to the WBN - I do check off to send at auctions end when I create them. I had 3 end yesterday and again - no WBN was sent. Checking the box when I create the auction has worked fine up 'till now.
I checked the batches and I did check to send the WBN on them. Any other suggestions?
The 3 listings that closed yesterday had been set to include the Vendio checkout button, but they do not have the automatic WBN checked off. Is it possible that they were uploaded from Pro w/o the WBN checked off, back on April 9?
