How do I import shipping information in Sales manager pro. I can get other fields to work with no problem. There are many shipping options in the list. What do you need to input for the following?
Shipping carrier names are difficult to enter since they must be identical to the 'known' options.
You can get a list of the supported carrier names using the following scenario:
- open SMPro
- click to create a new batch item
- click Shipping tab, US carriers subtab
- click to open the dropdown
- hit Ctrl-Shift-X (now the carriers list now present in your clipboard)
- open Notepad (or whatever test editor, excell file, etc.), then paste the list.
You can do the same to get the full list of available international carriers.
