This sooooooooooooooooooo frustrating - I SET MY OWN SHIPPING RATES - SHIPPING HAS TO BE SPECIFIED TO SHOW UP IN EBAY EXPRESS - THE SHIPPING CRAP YOU GOT GOING IN SALES MANAGER IS SOOOO CONFUSING! I GIVE UP! i USED TO BE ABLE TO CHECK MY SHIPPING AND SPECIFY IN PRO - UPLOAD AND IT WAS THERE, NOW I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE HEEL IS GOING ON. OVER 200 OF MY AUCTIONS ARE IN MY STORE AND WILL ALL HAVE TO BE CHANGED BY HAND! WHY DO I PAY TO BE TORTURED BY YOU PEOPLE? CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME HOW I SPECIFY MY OWN SHIPPING RATES SO EBAY WILL KNOW THE POSTAGE IS SPECIFIED AND PICK IT UP SO I CAN BE EXPRESS ? NO TELLING HOW MANY SALES I HAVE MISSED BECAUSE OF THIS - I THOUGHT I SPECIFIED IT AND THEN I UPLOAD AND NOTHING! EBAY JUST SAYS READ DESCRIPTION. I CAN'T TAKE IT.

Not sure what your problem might be. How are you setting your shipping setting's when you make a listing through SMPro? When I make a store listing or a auction listing for that matter I just click on the shipping tab and if I am using calculated shipping options I sellect (example) USPS Priority Mail calculated - USPS Parcel Post calculated, UPS Ground calculated. OR, if I am using flat rate shipping charges I sellect say the same services but the flat rate one and enter my flat rate charge. Never had a problem with any of my listing's not showing either calculated or the flat rate charge (as of yet that is).
A little more info might help resolve your problem here. What exactly are you currently puting for your shipping options? In the example bellow I did a screen shot of you can see I have calculated and also flat rate shipping options sellected. If you only wanted lets say flat rate shipping options then sellect them and input your shipping fee.
