Hi, When I first subscribed to the gallery, I saw it in my active listings. Now I can see it in the preview before the auction is launched, but only occasionally does it show up in my newer active listings. I am wondering what the problem is. I would really like my buyers to be able to see it. Please help! Thanks! Genie

Do you have any examples where the gallery isn't being displayed currently that we can use to test with?
Its hard to say, but if your relisting an item that had the gallery in it the first time around - and part of the original gallery code has been altered somehow, that would cause the gallery to fail to load.
I have left the page open for a long time and I see at the bottom:
One Item Remaining (Opening Page)
I assume the one item that is remaining is the Gallery, but it just doesn't come in. I would think it is my computer settings or something like that if I didn't see the Gallery in the Vendio preview, but I see it there. It is when the listing is launched that the Gallery no longer appears.
Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks! Genie
I checked this item in both Internet Explorer as well as within FireFox and the gallery appears to be loading properly for me using either.
If your using the AOL window to view this listing, try closing it out and opening Internet Explorer directly from outside of AOL and see if you have the same issue or not.

Hi Christopher,
I viewed the listing on Internet Explorer and the same thing happened. At the bottom of the page is says:
(One Item Remaining) Opening Page
I don't understand it, but I'm glad that you (and probably others) can see my Gallery. I would like to be able to see it but if it's not possible, I guess I have to live with it.
It is strange that I used to be able to see it. I don't know what happened.
If you have any other suggestions, please let me know. I'm willing to try!

some of this URL might apply to your problem if you know much about browsers this might give you a hint as to problem fix.script debugging or corrupt cache? Just a thought I had a simular problem once.
