Maybe I'm not understanding the way it's supposed to work. I thought that if I had my setting on automatic to leave feedback when it was left for me, that feedback wouldn't be left for my customer until I received feedback from them. I notice that feedback is being left before the package even arrives. Do I have to change something else in my settings? Thanks.

Hello,
The way you have your automatic feedback setup right now is correct. Note however that it will reply with feedback automatically once the buyer has left it for you, based on your current settings. This doesn't take into account any other part of the post sale process, so if the buyer leaves feedback right away - prior to receiving the item, you will post it back to them as well. (which could happen before you have even shipped it out)

If I "Ärchive" an auction while in the "Auto-feedback mode"; will the feedback be sent to the buyer once he submits my feedback?
