I listed 5 auctions last week, and they ended last night. I don't generally check inside each auction until I send out invoices once they end. As I was doing that this morning, I noticed one auction only went for opening bid when it should have gone much higher.
What i found inside was just the picture! No template, no description, no policies, nothing!
The ebay auction # 180023781787
Could someone please tell me why this happened? The other items listed were just fine with all info.

Hello Donna,
A technical problem on eBay's side (this has been acknowledged and announced internally by their developers) caused a small percentage of revisions submitted through their API to clear the item description field last week.
The problem affected items submitted for revision through our Reviser tool, as well as items to which a Vendio Gallery has been attached.
As this problem existed on eBay's side, we were unable unable to provide any technical assistance in resolving it. Note that items launched through Vendio should retain their original description if they are ended then relaunched. We would recommend checking your revised items to make sure that your descriptions are intact.
Please contact eBay if you need additional help with this issue.

This auction was launched to the vendio site, then launched to ebay. There was no revision at all. Not sure why it happened.
