I don't use Sales Manager Pro but my husband considered it a few months ago for his Vendio account, (because of the bulk-edit option). He downloaded SMP on my computer (for his Vendio account). He uses his own computer but just happened to be at my computer when he decided to try SMP. He never uses it but it is still there on the desktop.
I decided to use SMP last night (thinking I could use the SMP on my desktop), however even though I was logged into my Vendio account, when I opened up SMP on my desktop and clicked on 'sync pictures' (I think that was what it said), it proceeded to sync HIS pictures/account (mind you, the sync process said: '3 hours/30+ minutes'....I also noticed that it had logged me out of Vendio and logged him on while it was 'syncing'....I didn't want to stop it so I just went to bed!!
Now my question:
Can there be two SMP accounts on my computer? Do I need to download it again when I am signed into Vendio? A second download seems redundant, but... I am not too technical ...should I delete the SMP from my computer (deleting his SMP) and re-download it under my account? or can we both have separate SMPs on my computer?

Hello Paula,
The Vendio account your logged into online will not effect which Vendio ID was saved as the account when the SMPRO software was installed.
If you want, you can simply change the username stored on the copy of SMPRO you already have on that computer - if you don't need to have both accounts available to list to via this same computer.
(to do so, launch the program and click the preferences button along the left side of the page. from here you can click 'change' to switch it to your ID.)
If you would like to run SMPRO on this machine for both Vendio accounts, we will email you directions on how to install a second copy and keep the two seperate.

woohoo! That was easy! I just changed the user ID, as my husband will not be using the SMPRO and all is well.
Now, if a not-so-old dog can learn new tricks of using this program, I will be happy! I have not changed the way I list in nearly 7 years- by creating auctions in Pending by using and editing a previous Pending auction. I have over 900 Pending 'templates' that I use for auctions. It is quite simple this way but am hoping the SMPRO might make it simpler.
Thanks so much Christopher! I am sure I will be back with more question!
