We are loading a new computer with SMP and also need to load the inventory files. Which files do we need to transfer? Do we need to transfer any profile files or anything else?

Hello,
If you are switching to a new computer, you will want to backup your Sales Manager Pro files. You can then move them into the new computer once Sales Manager Pro has been installed. To backup your Sales Manager Pro files, please save the following folders:
- From the data folder, the inv.dat file, which contains inventory information.
- From the batches folder, all batch files (*.awb)
- From the images folder, all image files (*.jpg, *.jpeg, *.png). Note, this step is not mandatory if the images exist online: if these are not backed up, images will be downloaded from the Vendio site during the first synchronization made with the new Sales Manager Pro installation
All other data files are rebuilt during the first synchronization.
