In writing new listings today when I used the preview tab, it was completely blank ~ absolutely nothing there. Thought maybe a minor glitch so saved listing & synchronized but still the same. Then I went to my templates to change to a different one & they are all gone ~ another blank page.
HELP !!
It is possible that the DHTML library files are no longer properly registered
on your system. Please register them again:
Go to the "c:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Triedit" folder.
Register each of the DLL and OCX files in this directory:
- Right click on it
- Choose "Open with..."
- Click "Choose program..."
- Click "Other"
- Find regsvr32.exe. It is in your "Windows\system32" folder
- Click Open.
Once these files are registered in Windows properly, the preview function should be restored.

Hi Christopher,
Thanks for the prompt reply. I tried your suggestion however, my options on my Dell w/Mircosoft XP are different. I DO NOT have an 'other' option under 'choose program' but the following: Adobe, Clip, AMPro, Internet Explorer, Excell, Word, Quattro, QuickTime, XML Editor, etc., plus more that I did not think would apply. Is there another way to get to the regsvr32.exe in the Windows\system folder?
Thanks again, Shirley

Hi Christopher,
I tried with the 'browse' button & found the regsvr32.3v3 in the system32 folder & did the open. However, after rebooting, neither option of previewing the templates or previewing the listings works.
