This is what we reference to see where these delays are coming into play, be it delays on our side with sending the items to eBay or delays in their API and their ability to process them in a timely manner.
Unfortunately while we can properly send all of the items over to eBay to be processed, if they have delays in the API system it can cause processing delays as a result.
The traffic load at eBay will only increase and Sunday night will continue to be prime listing time, so we would suggest scheduling your items a bit in advance during the holiday season.
