I've posted about this before but it is still a problem. I have selected auto feedback. The problem is that if I click to submit feedback, it is done instantly and not after feedback is left for me. If I don't click submit, then no feedback is left and I have to do it manually. What am I doing wrong?

Hello,
Your automatic feedback will be sent according to your feedback preferences. Right now your account is set to send automatic feedback, but to wait 20 days after you have received positive feedback from the buyer, before sending your automatic feedback. My guess is that you didn't mean to leave such a long delay for your feedback. You can adjust the feedback delay by going to "My Account" --> "Feedback Management" --> "Feedback Delay".

Thank you, Nathan. I see...I only think feedback isn't being left only because I had a 20 day wait set. I corrected it. Thanks again.

HI, You know what would be really helpful here? The ability to attach a "rule" to each feedback. e.g. Wow! Same day Payment! Doesn't get any better than this. Thank you! would be left for anyone paying on the same day. A seller could have a total of 8 feedback lines. One for each day of payment. The 8th one would be something like. Thank you for shopping with me! When they pay after the 7 days but still pay.
This ability would make auto feedback much more useful for sellers!
