If our global preferences include a $2.00 off for additional items, is there any need to have to input information in the shipping informatin tab under the column "cost when combined". It is a lot of extra work to keep putting in number that is $2.00 less than the shipping cost. I assume the global number will be picked up automatically. In other words if there is no nubmer in these fields will the shipping discount still be offered to the buyer?

Hello,
If your Global Preferences are showing a $2.00 discount for the shipping of each additional item, then this should appear in your shipping tab of SMPro at the time that you create a new listing in SMPro.
Are you seeing this information in the shipping tab when you create a new listing?
