I would like to change my email address in my automatic response section. The only thing I need to change is the first letter from a capital to a lower case letter.
When I preview the letters to go out, the email address is not click-able since I have the capital.
When I go to change this in the personal section, the page wont let me saying this email already exist.
How can I change the capital to a lower case letter, so that it is click-able in the post sale letters?
Please update your registered e-mail address by going to My Account -> Personal Info (under Vendio Account.) Click the 'edit/verify' link next to your old email address, and enter your new e-mail address.
After clicking 'Save Changes', a confirmation code will be sent to the e-mail address you entered. You will need to key the confirmation code into the box provided in order to complete the update.

When I click "save changes" that is when this comes up
"Please correct the following errors:
There is already another account with the email address you just entered"
what do I do now?
I don't get a confirmation code, just the error message.

Thank you! I feel better knowing it is correct now and I don't have to go in and manually change it on each letter.
