For a long time now, we have had a problem with vendio listing our items twice. We are power sellers and we list between 1,000 to 1,500 cards a day. More often than we would like, one card will get listed twice onto Ebay. This confuses our customers because there are not actually two cards to bid on and one of them has to get their money back and no card. Please help up figure out how to stop this from happening.

Hello,
Sales Manager Pro will launch anything you have in a batch every time you click to synch it. This means that if anything happens during the upload/synch process that requires you to start over - any items that already made it to the site will list in addition to the rest of the batch (duplicating some of those items as a result.)
The best way to troubleshoot this is to let us know the next time it happens, so we can take a look at the items in question and compare when they started. We'll check to see if they start at the exact same time as one another, or minutes apart, and even if the items track automatically into the system or if the 'duplicate' item goes missing from Vendio upon launch.

Hi Christopher. Thanks for replying. I am just now seeing that you did. I would like to give you some examples so that you can have them to look at and maybe figure out what is happening for us. It has nothing to do with the synche getting interupted. The owners of this company would like for me to handle this issue with you guys and get it straightened out. You may call me if we need to talk over the phone about this instead of going back and forth on the issue. We need to get this resolved as quickly as possible because it seems that the problem is getting worse, because we are listing more items now. Our phone number here is 256-233-3990. My name is Anna Leigh McGuire.
Here are the examples:
220087846105 1965 TBB Sandy Alomar #82 ended 3/6
220087840925 1956 TBB Harry Simpson #239 ended 3/6
220086320544 ended 3/2
220086327492 ended 3/2
220085103110 1966 Philadelphia Walter Rock #180 ended 2/26
These are just a few examples. This happens several, several times a day. We are always having to refund customers on a daily basis for cards that were listed twice. Please get back with me on this issue. If it will save time and effort, feel free to call.
These items were part of the upload from Sales Manager Pro, not duplicates. (thus far)
Perhaps the 'other' item was the duplicate. What is more important will be knowing both the item numbers, for the item that you submitted and the duplicate that was seemingly created as a result. (IE two item numbers for each occurance, unless you are getting more than one duplicate)
This way we can compare where the two items came from, when, and what was used to submit the items.

Okay. I see what you are saying. One of the owners, Brad, wants to talk to you about this over the phone. He says that he can give you some listing id's that show the duplicates. His cell phone number is 256-497-3543. This will save time if we can talk over the phone about this issue. We need to resolved it asap.

Attn: Chris
This is Vintage Sports Cards again. I am giving you a couple more examples of the double listing. I was updating this morning and found two:
220088466538 1959 Topps Adams #249
220088466522 1959 Topps Adams #249
One of the owners doublechecked himself to make sure that he didn't list these twice by accident and he did not. So, it is a problem with vendio listing twice with these two examples, for sure.
Please respond asap or give Brad a phone call again to resolve this issue.
