Today we are experiencing a new problem... our customers are saying that are giving us feedback but it is not showing up in vendio on the #9 tab. I have checked on Ebay and these customers are giving us feedback but vendio is not marking that they have. Could you please look into this for us?

Sure, are there any items in particular that we can use to test with?
The more recent the better.

Thank you for responding. I have a listing ID # that this problem has occurred with. It is 220078143963. It seems that this has happened just in the last couple of days to many customers. It makes it difficult for me to have to figure out if they have left feedback before I can leave it for them. Please help us to resolve this isseue. Thank you.
