I just received payment from someone in Canada who was given the wrong amount to pay. Their total didn't include my $3 international markup. The item number is 290087983986. Vendio quoted her $4.65 and that is what she paid.

Hello,
Upon checking, there was no buyer information listed for this item number. They do not appear to have gone through any part of the Vendio checkout thus far - are you sure this was the correct item number?
Also, this item is not currently setup to charge any markups - for domestic or international unfortunately.
Here is a screenshot showing how this item is setup for international shipping:
To edit the shipping options for this item prior to the buyer checkout, click the PSM numbered keys beside this item in post sale and use the edit WBN option to change the original settings.
I don't use vendio checkout. I was under the assumption that the calculator that goes into my actual ebay auction would give the correct information (adding the $3.00 for only foreign mailed packages & not US mailed). Does that mean that when I add a "handling/packing" charge to other auctions it is not getting automatically figured in unless they checkout using Vendio? I would assume that if you are adding a charge, it should show when they check the calculator from the auction otherwise there will be some upset customers when I have to refund money so they can submit the proper amount & tell them it is actually more than they were quoted!!

OK, I have to say I am totally confused! I have never used Vendio checkout before, but am going to try it for this batch of auctions. Can you please check to be sure I did this correctly? I want to make sure that US buyers pay by weight of items & have no markup, and International pay by weight & have a $3 handling markup. I also clicked the ebay redirect checkout button, is that correct? Thanks!
