I usually print Inovices Only before I package. But now it is cutting off the right side of the page when I print. I checked set-up and it is in 'Shrink to Fit' mode. However the Preview is even showing that it is being cut-off. This has never happend before. unfortunately the it is cutting off the payment details of the invoice. Please help! Thanks! --Keith
No changes have been made to this system for quite some time now actually. Every once in a while we do hear from someone, so I think its pretty easy for a setup that was working to be altered to where the page suddenly won't fit.
When you say that you are using the 'shrink to fit' option, are you printing via the FireFox browser - or are you using the 'scale to fit' option in Internet Explorer?

Alright - i have just tried printing on 3 different printers we have and each one is experienceing the same problem - so it is not due to my printer settings in Explorer. Thanks -Keith
