When I look at my catagories under My account/eBay they are just listed by name.
When I want to put an item in the store offline using sales manager pro, the catagories are listed with a number and then the name.
That creates 2 problems - 1) I can't find where the catagories are numbered anywhere else and 2) the name is so long I only get part of the title after the number.
How do I reconcile the two lists and is it possible to make the pull down window with the numbered catagories wider so the whole name can be seen?
First, be sure your using the most recent version of Sales Manager Pro available, as the field was widened to help accommodate the additional text (from the previous version.)
