Could you please take a look at these two eBay auctions and tell me what I've done wrong on the second one? #160114450447 and #160114456564.

I swear I did them in identical fashion, yet the first one displays the calculated shipping amount at the top of the auction (like I want it to) and the second one only says to check description. I need to understand what I've screwed up so I can do it correctly in the future, and also the best way to "correct" the auctions that don't display correctly. I want it to display the calculated amount on all my auctions and store items. Yet it seems to be hit or miss. <sigh>

Thanks for your help!

Hello Sue,

You can fix this in SM Pro for future listings by going to the "eBay Site Information" tab. Then click on "Payment Instructions & Details". Then make sure that you select "I am specifying shipping cost for eBay checkout". Your shipping cost should then appear at the top of the listings in the eBay section.

Regards,
Nathan

That option is already selected, and was selected prior to uploading both auctions that I gave as examples.

Is there a way to "fix" those already uploaded without ending them and relisting?

How do I know the same thing won't continue to happen unless I know what caused this in the first place?

Hello Sue,

I checked both of these listings. For listing "160114450447" this box was checked at the time the listing was uploaded. For listing "160114456564" the box was not checked at the time that it was uploaded. You will need to make sure that this box is checked for your future listings in order to make sure that this information appears at the top of your future listings.

For your currently active listings you would need to revise them directly through eBay.

Regards,
Nathan
