I recently purchased a new computer with Windows Vista. When I began using Vendio the
synchronization process worked. Now I can't
get it to work. Have tried all the items in the previous post with no success. The download program at Microsoft cannot be accessed. Please help.

I haven't been trying to upload listings until Aug. 15. I get the message: Synchronization failed-Unable to resolve server name. When I first installed Sales Manager Pro on June 13 the photos on Vendio downloaded and other Vendio messages.
This is likely related to a problem that some of our customers are having with Sales Manager Pro. Our engineers are working on this, and we hope to have the problem resolved shortly. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience. Thank you for your patience.

I am having the same problem. Can you tell us when it will be fixed?? We are in the process of updating all of our computers, all have Vista. I have two other people besides myself that will need to run Sales Manager Pro with Vista. Time is money for us!! Please help.
