How do I get the Customer Information Report out of Reports. It seems to be sending me in circles? It says that I need to subscribe but when I click "ok" it doesn't take me anywhere where I can subscribe. What I'm looking for is a report that will give me a list of my current customers for the past 3 months that I can sort by name, user name, or email address. Can I get this information from the Customer Information Report?
We have setup your account on the reports service you were looking for. There is an issue currently in switching from the free reports to the paid ones, where you would usually need to disable your current plan before you can sign up for the ne wone (the upgrade option needs to be repaired.)
Give the reports a few hours to import all of your data, then you should be able to run this report as needed.
