If you click the PSM keys for this item, the marks showing it was paid/etc are still saved.
The display showing no steps completed must be due to an error. Have you by change had to trigger an import recently, around the time this happened?
Also, is it possible that you had archived the listing prior to this import taking place, and that the item re-appeared after the import was done missing those steps?
