I have pending items scheduled for launch 4 hours ago but they've been stuck in "processing" mode so I can't delete or restart them....help??? There's no error message so I can't even go back and fix what's wrong.

Hello jbkay,

How long have these items been in processing? Normally if items are stuck in processing mode they will eventually either launch or error out. I believe the system is set to error out after 2 hours, so please let us know if these items have been in processing mode for longer than 2 hours. If they have errored out, please check the error message - if the message is ambiguous, you may try relaunching them, but if there is a specific error message there may be another problem.

They're still stuck in "processing" mode after 6 hours. With no error for me to respond to. If there's an error I would try to fix what's wrong and retry but it won't let me do anything because the system thinks it's processing the launch. Now what?
