HI THERE. ANY NEW IDEAS FOR GETTING VENDIO TO WORK WITH WINDOWS VISTA? I AM STILL HERE ONLY BECAUSE I HAVE NOT HAD TIME TO LEARN A NEW MANAGING PROGRAM...EVERY TIME I DO ANYTHING ON VENDIO ON MY COMPUTER...THE SECOND ACTION CAUSES SM-PRO TO STOP WORKING AND I MUST RESTART IT. TAKES FOREVER TO GET LISTINGS READY AND HEAVEN FORBID I SHOULD NEED TO EDIT. I HAVE TO RESTART EVERY 2 AUCTIONS I EDIT! SEEMS TO HAPPEN MOST WHEN CLICKING "OK" OR WHEN SECOND ACTION OCCURS.
I HAVE TRIED ALL THE STEPS CHRIS FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS OFFERED...GAVE UP ON UNINSTALLING AND RE-INSTALLING PER THOSE STEPS AS IT MADE NO DIFFERENCE AT ALL, JUST COST ME HOURS OF TIME AND LOST LISTING INFORMATION.
ANYONE...HELP???

Hi there,
Most of the problems customers are having with SM Pro and Vista are related to the folder permissions built into Vista. If you are able to open and use the application to make edits (even if it's slow) then it sounds like there is another problem. Do you have any firewall or virus-checkers installed, by any chance? I'm wondering if another program running in the background might be the culprit.
